Ready to embark on a path of healing?

The depth of healing I’ve experienced through yoga and bodywork has led me to share what I have learned with others so they may embark on the path of healing. Yoga has led me through profound personal transformation by way of asana, breathwork, and mantras to name a few. Through traumatic experiences in life, I found yoga to be a ray of light in my life. I’ve learned to slow down and become aware of my true self, awakening to reality and improving relationships. My joy is in guiding others on their path of yoga, and healing through deep therapeutic touch.
