CONSENT: By signing below, you agree:

1. At times, staff may take photographs and make audio/video recordings for marketing purposes. In joining Ray of Sun Yoga yoga teacher training, I consent to be photographed or audio/video recorded. (I have the option to tell staff that I do not want to be photographed or recorded, and I understand this will be my responsibility.)

2. I consent to share my contact information with other students and staff involved in the Teacher Training Program.

3. I have read and agree to the Teacher Training Refund Policy: Upon receiving an acceptance email, the applicant will be charged a deposit of $300 to hold their spot in the training. There is a 3-day cancellation period for a refund. If the applicant withdraws from the program more than 3 days after acceptance, but before the program starts, the applicant’s deposit amount will be retained by the program. However, this amount can be applied towards a future training program. The deadline to pay in full or the first payment is 1 week prior to the start date of the training. The program will not give refunds or credits after the training starts. The program reserves the right to cancel any training before it begins. In that case, any payments applicants have made will be refunded in full.

4. I understand the payment options and am financially able to pay for this training.

5. I understand that Ray of Sun is a school based on clear communication, clear relationships, and personal growth. Should any challenges arise for me, I agree to communicate directly with the lead teacher for help in resolving the issue.
